not sure, maybe 8nrgy, and i havnt seen an cesta,idol,ect with an axe mod on it, hopefully some1 can correct me on this, that would be neat for a war/nec

Req 6 is most likley +10 energy (The highest) considering there is a Req7 +12 energy, and I doubt there is an axe mod on an off hand item.

i don't believe an axe mod will be on an offhand item, coz it doesn't make sense, it just like a 20% recharge while using curse mod on a shield..... but good try^^

Well, you can have a +1 to Curses (20% chance) on a shield. But there is no max offhand with a Axe booster or 6 req.

I think its possible to have +1 to anything on shields, well I have seen something from each character class, all ele skills, most monk skills, few mesmer, few necro, some warrior. I have never seen a ranger skill on a shield probaly since a ranger cant have a 1 handed weapon that suits its class, I have also never see a +1 swordsmanship shield same with axes, and I doubt there is a +1 hammer mastery.

I think it is possible but depending on who was selling it, it could be very pricey or really cheap. Yes and I have a shield with +1 inspiration magic.

I was hoping to equip my W/N with once of these, o well. It seems unfair that Shield's can have +skill% but offhands cant. I expect Anet to rebalance this.

There is no such thing as an inherent weapon mastery mod. The only item that provides this is a weapon upgrade that is removable - i.e. a sword pommel of swordsmanship, an axe grip of axe mastery, a hammer grip of hammer mastery and a bow grip of marksmanship.
