What you need to join
1 - set of Gladiator's armor
1 - set of Platemail armor
1 - rune of Major or Superior Vigor
1 - rune of Major or Superior Absorbsion
1 - decent +health -dmg shield (stance or enchanted)
And last but not least, an open mind that is ready to learn the secrets of running!

What you will learn
You will learn all of my secrets of running, including the skills i use, the routes i take, and much much more.
