PC: +15% Damage Always Bow & Sword

I need to get a pc and the 2 following items. If anyone wants to make an offer I have an Auction thread going and might include these items.

Sundering Short Bow of Shelter
15-28 Dmg. (Req 9)
Dmg +15%
Armor -10
Armor +6 vs physical
Armor penetration 10% (Chance 9%)

I have a bow grip of defense +5 to all. Would it be worth changing that out with the existing mod and how much would it add to value of the bow. Or would it be better to replace with 29 hp mod?

2)Gold Poisoners Longsword.
Max Damage (req 12)
+15% always
Armor -10

I'd say around 40K for the longsword, given the very high requirement.

I don't mind 15/-10ar items, but 15>50 is much more desirable for trading.

In my opinion the short bow is worth 30-40k. The longsword is worth about the same, 30-40k.

short bow's probably closer to 20-30k or even lesser
long sword's probably closer to 15-25k
