Req: Curses, actual number doesn't matter.
Skin: Doesn't matter. (Although one of them Ghostly's would be neat.)
Damage: Max, but I think thats a given.
Mods: Doesn't matter as I have already purchased a head and wrap.
Now here's the tricky part...
Imbued Attributes:Skills recharge 10-20% (Can be curses only as well)
Skills cast faster 10-20% (Can be curses only as well)
