Is there a temple or other special site for Dwayna somewhere in the game?
There are special places for the other gods:
Balthazar - Large temple in The Falls
Grenth - Large temple in Dreadnought Drift
Lyssa - A cave in Mineral Springs
Melandru - Awesome statue in Twin Serpent Lakes
Dwayna - ???

I believe Dwayna has one in Sardelac Sanitarium (or however you spell it).
And to the best of my recollection, if you have the favor and monk is your primary or secondary, you will get a quest from the Avatar of Dwayna.

isn't there a dwayna statue outside of Bergen Hot Springs? around that area i can remember a statue and i think it is to Dwayna...

you can also get a quest to find some druids from the dwanya statue in druids outlook, u cnaf ind druids outlook after completing the mission where you transport the eye of janthir.

Druid's Outlook, Sardalec, and Serenity Temple don't count because they are in towns.
Each of the other Gods has a 'special' place for them in the boonies. Except for Dwayna apparently.

Right outside the portal from the Ascalon settlement. Also might be one(or a Lyssa, I forget) in Dreadnought where Maw the Mountain-whatever pops out. The Grenth's one is at the end of Lornar's, not Dreadnought. As for Serenity Temple, it looks like it used to be a ToA in Ascalon but it's all ruined now.

dwayna also has a statue in a large clearing in dreadnought's drift, near the area where you fight the wurm boss to cap feast of corruption. it's not exactly a temple, but it's a pretty impressive expanse of land.

yeah if you pay her gold she will give you morale boost, and a special spell on you, i think dwyana's is always +3 health regen
