WTB Max DMG Hammer w/ +20%dmg<50%health...any req. or mods don't matter

I'm looking for anytype of hammer aslong as its max dmg and +20% damage while below 50% health...I'm looking for 2 of them I'd prefer the square headed WAR HAMMER with a req or 8-10, but agian anyhting will do...my IGN is Trial Character, and I'm willing to pay a reasonable price depending on the hammer.
