It needs to be either 14% or 15% over 50, ONLY. I definatly prefer 15>50, though.Mods don't matter at all.
Req. doesn't matter much, but I will pay a little more the lower it is.
Actually all that is important is the Break Hammer skin. I guess they are also called War Hammer/Dwarven Hammer.
