can I get a PC on a sundering bow string 10%/9% armor pen.?

there said u could get 10k for a 10/9 sunder string,

I think 10/9's are still worth 9-11k. 10/8's sell for 5-7k.

wrong, 10/9 is probably around 3-5k(max if ur lucky)
