Best place to earn money?!

ive just been wondering which place(s) r best for earning good items/weapons for money!
i just want suggestions for which places.
the furthest ive been is thunderhead keep so if u could tell me places that i have already visted b4, it would be much appreciated.

Try using Search with the key word "farming". You'll get a bunch of hits.
