We do not 'require' our members to do anything except register and post fairly regularly, or come to our IRC channels. Anything you want to do ingame (PvE / PvP / GvG) is fine, its your game, your fun. While ingame we use voicechat and/or IRC if you go windowed.
Recent website upgrade and forum upgrade have been great additions, and we have future plans (currently being worked on) for a members area where you can enter personal info, and up to 4 characters ingame info for others to read.
