WTB: water/fire staff AND insightful/enchanting

I'm looking for a fire OR water staff with +20% recharge and/or speed(possibly less) and +20% enchanting (possibly less, also will buy enchanting wrapping)

also WTB +5 insightful head.

I got an insightful, 20k good? its in the middle of the price guide.

Still looking for a good fire OR water staff... 20% fast cast for water skills would be excellent . I need a good staff for when I farm griffons, if that helps... right now i use flints staff, but it doesn't have +enchanting.
