I am truely sorry if this thread on this topic has been posted before, but when i try to use the search function all i get is a blank page. So my question is where can you the skill signet of capture?

The earliest possibility is in Lion's Arch at the Magi NPC. He will give you two quests, the first is the Orrian thingie and the second is to capture a skill with a signet. After you've done the quest you can buy signets from him.
You can also buy them at almost every Outpost after Lions Arch.

got that problem myself. using the advanced search works for me though, you should try it out.

on the signet. lions arch and almost every skills npc after that

Thanks a lot guys for telling me this, now i can finnaly get poison arrows or atleast I know hwo to now. Thanks for also telling me about the search thing ill use it from now on. A mod can close this now, question has been answered.

One last thing before closing - Poison Arrows is easy to cap if you got run to Droknar's early in the game, since the person that carries it is right outside the other side of Droknar's Forge. And dont worry if you are half the lvl of the enemies here..you'd be surprised how well the henchman fight at this area of the game, they can take a small group of enemies without your help.

In lions arch, talk to Magi Malequire, do his first quest, then the 2nd quest he gives you SoC you can wait until an elite skill (crystal desert,south shiverpeaks,and RoF) cap the elite and abandon the quest...you can do this repeatadley.

Are you sure he'll give you a Cap Sig everytime you restart it? I'd think not, or atleast it take away whatever you capped if you abandon quest.

Every source I've read says to get the two from him (starting and finishing his quest) then buy the rest. I would think if this were possible it'd be alot more popular and mentioned more palces.

I tried with my nuker&tank...i took the quest, abandoned it and capped a skill

I don't like seeing low levels useing this skill in low level arenas so don't encourage anyone to do it and that includes armor as well as other elites ok for level20s but not 6 or 13s.You know who reads these forums don't you.I don't like seeing Forge armor or elites and other skills later in game being used in the Ascalon or Yak's Arenas.The best place to get all SOCs is Beetleton.You can cap any skill from any boss if you don't have it.
