Why are these things so hard (impossible) to get? The vendor is constantly out of stock all hours of the day.....

people are buying them out and selling for ridiculous prices. I think the vendor was selling them for 1500 last I heard.

I dont really see the need for those things to be "limited" commodities tho... I mean they are one off use items not a crafting material etc. Wouldnt it just make sense to unrestrict the supply?

No. It's one of the rewards for taking Hall of Heroes. I think it's great how it works right now. I might be biased though.

I hate it, the thing only sells for 3k when I tried, definately not worth it. It's more trophy worthy then selling it.
