Actually, there was a glitch when you switched secondaries too...sometimes it left the old secondary's skills in the skill list, but you couldn't use them.

Actually, what I did was buy Victory is Mine! with faction as a Monk/Nec and it appeared there, in the skills list. Couldn't use it but it was weird. No photoshop or anything.

No this is a PvP char. and he just unlocked it with useing faction that is all.It will appear in your skills bank after you unlock it but can't use it and when you use this char. after logging out it won't be there.

That happened to me too.
When I changed my second prof. to ele/mo to ele/necro, i had the monk skills too.
