im looking for 2 -2dmg and +45 shields need a tactics req and a str req
the lower the req the better. doesnt have to be max hp but its prefered

i have a req 7 ornate buckler (as good as malions)
-2 recived dmg while enchanted
+41health while enchant4 less health is not really going to matter
