Same issue with me. It's Set to -5 Eastern w/ autodetect DST.

Can't get it to come out the right time no matter what setting, setting it back to -5 eastern / auto dst. It's 12:22 at the moment

Might be an eastern time thing. I tried all the options and ended up with 4:00 and 5:00, but no 3:00
