need help with mesm/necro pvp

hi i have recently started playing PVP since my guild was small and i need a lil help. I want to make pvp mesm/necro but dont know how to set attributes and what skills are used in pvp (was thinking of going domination/curses/fast casting, but dont know will it work) can some1 help me with some tactics or skills i should use. thx
