Someone told me that the frog was going to revisit during the thirteenth hour. They assumed this would be the hour the clock was moved back last night. Did the frog appear? If so, what did he say?

I don;t think he did, not in international district 1 at least. But of course, the 13th hour is at a different time for different places in the world...
