new guild wars???

ok i went to ebgames and i saw they hav a guild wars special edition so i click it and the only thing it says is it comes out the 1st of next month now i don't hav guild wars yet and im wondering if i should wait and get this but it is 69.99
could anyone tell me what it is and about it?

I believe this "new" special edition Guild Wars contains the game itself, a soundtrack of the game, a map of Tyria, a "new" art book, and a skill special/bonus
Skill special: gives you 7skills and 1elite skill
I am not sure if there is more to it.

And then there is "regular" Guild Wars which I have and I guess most of the guild wars community has. This includes the game.
^ is $49.99
