Can you participate in a event with 1 of your chars, log onto another char, and do events with that char, and get hats for BOTH chars, or what?
Or is it only 1 hat to 1 char pr event?

I was in Euro-English dis 1 when he arrived at 2.50pm GMT. One of my guildies was in dis 23 and he started there later a few minutes after 3pm. I imagine he spawns in each district one after the other so you don't have to be in dis 1 at the turn of the hour.. just go to a different district if you're late.
It was ridiculous how many people kept dying when he played "Mad King says"
Watch as the halloween item traders scuttle back into their dark corners.. for now at least.

also just checked it out, if you do king will the same charecter you just get a pumpkin head again (i have photographic proof if needed)

Oh man... and funny it was.
At several times i almost died from laughing. Not because of his jokes, but from the stupidity of people. Especially with the "Mad King says" Game and all the swearings from the folks who did not understand the game even after the 12.th round or so...

From my understanding, he is allways online but in different Districts. When he was in 14.. he wasn't so in 5. So as i said i guess he is allways online... but switching districts.

One funny one was in the cluster, i was in the absolute front and slightly to the right. Magically, everyone near me failed one along with random people in the main part of the crowd. I was left standing there slightly embarassed!

What he told me was that Mad King gives everyone a helm who is near him before he leaves, so you don't really need to participate at all.
