i Need a shield

+7/8 armor vs slashing attacks

-2 enchanted

req up to 12 str
req up to 7 tacs( considering)

the 2nd item there is close to what you need

req 8 str, with 8 vs slashing, cept the other mod is 41 health not -2 dmg... but still good
