Euro Dist1 Halloween Party (spoilers)

Aah, exactly 1 year after WPE, I'm spending hours on GW again. Awesome :D

Anyway, here's a survivor's report from Euro Dist1 Halloween party. Apologizes for screenshot quality, but imageshack doesn't like pretty pics ;)

Before the king arrived

I went to Dist1 about an hour before the King was scheduled. The district was full all the time. Every once in a while someone made an obligatory "FROG IS IN DIST4!" joke, and a good time was had by all.

Anyway, the first interesting thing to happen was monk synched dancing in Crafters' Corner. Weeee!

I wonder if anyone managed to get a video done. Meanwhile, in the green mushroom circle, some plate mail warriors randomly assembled in a battle formation. Attack of the clones!


I attempted to create a whole battle line with Rangers in the rear and Warriors in the front, but with the amount of chatter there my messages were quickly outflooded. Anyway, as the GMT noon neared, we put together the biggest straight line in GW history :P Here it is, complete with my messages in all caps to light the serums simultaneously that GW didn't like :P

He's here!
The King came fashionably late, but finally he materialized!



Basically, he started ordering us around, and singling out people to play rock/paper/scissors with him. He also started telling jokes.

One morbid bastard.
He killed you if you didn't laugh. Har, har!


That lasted around half an hour. Everyone was killed multiple times for disobeying, but we were given lots of serums/ghosts in boxes and other stuff. An finally, for our efforts, we were given fabulous pumpkin hats!

After that, some of us went to scare people in Ascalon.

Then I went tombing. With 4 pumpkinheads and 4 henchies. And guess what?

Ownage! We actually eliminated one team. Notice my great skillbar :D
Scavenged 8%. Killed in the forst PvP, but what the hell, it was great.
Anyone else been there? :D
