ok so i got some faction points and bought some stuff and the only way i see to use it is to restart the character and equip it there
also do the runes just automaticlly go to every character?

you can use the Skills Straight away anything else like weapons etc.. u need to remake.

Yes any character just remake, but only PvP...

with a feature called map travel u can put youre character there heck u can move it anywhere you want as long as its on youre map
