why Skeleton Slaying mod so expensive?

i saw some 20% Skeleton Slaying axe mod and bow mod are selling 100k ....why is it so expensive????? i am quite outdated lol

Yeah it seems like people want perfect mods for UW and FoW. And these players already have the loot to throw around. So, ergo the prices are inflated.

and perfect vs. monsters is hard to come by.

ok I'll give you that is true. But still... seems silly sometimes... I saw those vs charr shoot up too when the titan quests came... I already had a few but hardly perfect. but I didnt think it help all that much really...
