Not an expert on Chaos Axes here, but I can tell you that #2 is probably worth 1K.

2, 15k (19 vs plants is popular to some people, a lucky salvage would make it 15k or so)
3, 100k-125k for perfect mods, right now about 75k
4, 10k-20k
5, 10k maybe if u salvage the axe mastery mod
most of the stance axes are hard to sell (cause close to all warriors want 15^50 or ench.) sometimes you can find a buyer that wants a stance, but i have seen a 15% stance req 9 chaos start at 40k and not get a single bid.
The only other reason why any of these axes would sell or at least 10k is because they are Gold Chaos Axes...everyone wants gold, and a lot of people want chaos axes.

this is if you can find some newbie in ascalon or lion's who really wants a gold chaos. it's harder to find someone who wants a pruning grip.

this really depends on whether or not you can find a buyer for it.

lol what you on about? For Axes in stance is basically the most popular now because of W/R TF build. I seen a perfect Chaos Axe reqs 8-10 15% Stance with perfect mods selling for around 200-220K on this very site LOL! Freaking lowballers 
. Anyways your most valuable Axe there is the 14>50. Perfect mod it and you will get around 250-300K. Hope this helps!
PS. 13 or 14 stance aint worth much. Its just perfect 15% stance which is nice money ^^
