PC on skele shield +1 blood magic

Can someone PC this shield for me please.



If the picture doesn't work, here are the stats:

Skeleton Shield
Armor: 16 (req. 12 Tactics) (Dammit!!!!)
Received damage -2 (while in a stance)
Blood Magic +1 (20% chance while using skills)

I realise the market for this isn't exactly booming.
Just give me a ballpark figure.

12 tactics, IMO, kills the value of this shield. I would put it at 20K, unless you can find a necro that is really really really into stances.

To be honest I'd just merchant.

I have a similar Defender shield except it's req 8 str and +42 enchanted that I haven't been able to sell for the price I want. Anybody who wants it is paying for the +42e req 8, no one cares about the Blood Magic+1.

I don't know, I just thought these kinda things are rare to come by in perfect form.
Pity about the req. though.
Oh well, guess I'll just hang on to it for novelty's sake
