no you dont. im sorry.

thats why some people attempt to sell guilds with a guild hall, so that they can get something back from it. i wouldnt advise it though because i cant see anyone wanting to buy a guild that they did not get to choose the name, tag, cape, or hall of. of course you can make it a very low price so that you get at least something back, but it will in no way be as much as the sigil.

Once you purchase a hall and all needed items with it, you can then alter your guilds cape to suit you, don't know about tag or name, but I'm Assuming as leader you might have that ability.

no you cannot modify the name or the tag. the cape you can. you can also change the guild hall, but you have to use a new sigil each time you need a new one.

Selling Guilds in My opinion can be a good business if you get a good guild name such as one that sounds very cool or everyone wants. And i dont think its illegal right unlike selling character accounts?

Yeah, it's not illegal. Don't worry. but if you have a guild someone or "A group" of people wants, I guess you can consider it a business, but I wouldn't seeing as most the time, everyone sells guilds for under the cost it took to erect them just to try to get a little coin back in pocket.
