PC on great staff.... i think

Hey, it would be a lot of help if someone could plz give me a price check on my items. Ty in advance, and here they are:

Gold Inscribed Staff of Fortitude
Energy +10
11-22 Chaos Dmg(required 8 domination magic)
Skill recharge when using Inspiration skills (19%)
Health +30

Gold Crude Shield
Armor: 15(lol)
Dmg-3(hexed)
Dmg-2(while in stance)

Also, should i put max staff head on the staff, or is it not worth it? I'm a warrior, so i dont know much about staffs...lol. Well, ty!! Plz help me out.

It's nice, but only has one mod, which is relatively weak for a staff (especially a mesmer staff). I would say it's worth at least 30K, for the wrapping alone...

Putting anything else on the staff would not be worth it and I would salvage it and sell the wrapping.
