I'm looking to build the following warrior come retail and am searching for a mature and yet easy-going and fun-loving guild that is interested in being competitive in GVG.

The game is pre-ordered and I have played GW since the WPE, enjoy both PVE and PVP, and have experience with other MMOG's.

I have an appetite for information and believe that half the battle is won in the preparation. To quote Sun Tzu, "Now the general who wins a battle makes many calculations in his temple ere the battle is fought. The general who loses a battle makes but few calculations beforehand. Thus do many calculations lead to victory, and few calculations to defeat"

Maybe even more than half. An essential method of preparation for a Guild battle is to make sure your teammates are using compatible skills. Enchantments such as Strength of Honor or Mending would serve you well, and the Quickening Zephyr Nature Ritual would allow you to use Warrior's Endurance continually.
