Gw.exe Crash

Ok so basicaly I cant log in and it says the following:

A serious error has occurred that prevents the program from continuing to run;however,your help can prevent this error from occurring in the future by reporting to ArenaNet. Please press the send button to report this error.

Does anyone know what that is? Or how long I am going to have to wait. This is the first time I've ever gotten this or of heard of it.

I would un-install and re-install guildwars to see if that solves the problem. If it's still crashing, may want to consider making sure you DirectX is up to date and your video card driver. Do any other app crash?

No but I think it has to do with iTunes because right when I opened it, Gw crashed and restarted computer and this msg poped up.

This problem fixed its self about 1-2 hours later but I still would like to know what this meant or why this happend if anyone knows?
