WTB Necromancer Blood Magic items. Staves, Offhands, wands.

I'm looking to buy some max Blood Magic required necromancer items.
Mods that I'm looking for :

Staff:
Health + 30
5+ Energy
Improves Casting Speed (10%)
Improves Recharge Time (10%)
Armor + 5

Wand:
Pretty much the same as Staff.

Offhand:
Health + 30
Energy + #
Blood Magic Skills + 1 (20%)
Improves Casting Speed and Recharge Time using Blood Magic Skills (20%)


Green items work as well.
