No, no collector has an ankh like that. The best you can get is an energy +10 (req 8) one with those mods from Vargil the White in the northwest corner of Mamnoon Lagoon. Incidentally, he also has the 12AL crimson carapace shield with those stats, which is why you see a lot of people buying ancient eyes around there.

The best collector healing ankh is:
req 9 - +12 energy, 20/20 healing or
req 9 - +27 energy, +30hp always, -1 energy regen

you can get that in dronknars for 5k and some other stuff, iuse it for my warroir to famr :P

i checked that one kawaii_bat. Its only a +10 energy, but indeed has those stats.

I have a question... I can't seem to find an offhand item for a fire ele with the +27 energy, +30hp always, -1 energy regen stats on it. Is there a collector that has it? They seem to have one for every other profession. Even if it doesn't have the +30 hp I'd be happy, I just wanna max out my energy.
