Do these stats exist on a shield??

i really want to know if its possible to get a shield with permanent life and received damage -3 (chance: x%)

ive bought and sold many varieties of shields but funny enough never came across 1 like this. im certain it does exist since ive seen shields with permanent life and every other available - dmg received mod but i dont know for sure

can anyone confirm this?

yes you can get up to +30 hp always and -3 dmg (10% chance)
but they are bloody rare, i've only ever found 1 shield with perfect +30hp, and that was req 13 >_<
