Limited time to play has made in tough for even this hardcore Mesmer to find everything he needs.

Who's found Illusion of Weakness and where is it? It one of the skills I still need, and it's driving me crazy that I haven't found it yet.

You can find it in one of the side quests around lions arch - i believe i got it from the inspector in Nebo terrace who wants you to talk to people in the hot springs for him.
