Mhh.... well i'll try to give you an idea... if it wasn't for the skill bonus it would be merchant stuff... the problem is that the collector's item gives you a 20/20 bonus which imho is more valuable than having a +1 bonus on air magic, so i wouldn't buy that item. Maybe some ppl would want it for their collection, if so i would ask around 8-10k.
I might be VERY wrong though wait for a second opinion

Its not too bad, but collectors is better. I would not pay more then 20-30k and just because is perfect gold
