now its not gold simply a blue, and i just chucked on the only two upgrades i could find. I found it during the 20k xp quest in ascolon (cant remember name atm (probs cause i'm so hyped up from finding this))

1: its 15% while enchanted, not 15>50 get it right
2: Blue weapons cannot have 15% enchanted dmg mods.
3: It just happens to be req 9, just like any other collectors item, so i think you just put on sickle from a low dmg blue sickle

Why are sickles so rare? ill tell you why........the orrians were master sickle makers but when they all went boom all the sickles got melted into steel clobs and these steel globs were later co0llcted by the mad king to make us our pumpkin helms.

I always thought 6 was max dmg on the low end for axes, but one of my warriors has a 7-18 sickle...?

From what I've heard, as long as it's not max (6-28), the minimum can sometimes be 7.
