yes, the way i count things we're already on v14.

w/mo
distracting blow
eviscerate {E}
executioners strike
penetrating blow
swift chop
frenzy
sprint
resig

thats the boring part. heres the cool part:
16 axe mastery (sup + hat)
15 strength (sup rune)

me and some dude were messing with the hammer version of this, i gotta tell you it is some funny shit when you hit a guy for 270 damage with irresistable blow (now granted he had frenzy on. is that my problem? )

the reason its w/mo is because it makes you look like a total noob. or at least, a partial noob. maybe.

oh and when i did the hammer version it was with some guy casting JI on me fun fun

I'm sceptical as to whether a few more percent armour penetration on attack skills only is worth the extra health loss from using two superior runes. I usually just do a split of:

16 ( 12 + 4 )
12 ( 11 + 1 )
