Oki Dokie my very 1st post because I truly HATE selling things in-game...I'm sure everyone has heard this at some point during an in-game sale, "1 GOLD FOR UR ITEMZ LOLZORZ!!! I IS FUNNIEZ!!"

Side note, I haven't added the HP mod, I'd like to know how much that will increase the value, as it is now it has +5 def. just let me know which I can sell for more

Also, what would a pricetag on a max (purple/gold doesnt matter) 15%^50 clean summit hammer look like?

Maybe 20-25k for the twinhammer I'm guessing. I would not put the +30hp mod on as it will not increase your hammer's worth. The problem is that your hammer has a high requirement and the damage mod is 'low'. Buyers don't often look for imperfect damage mods.

A clean 15^50(onlu possible on Gold) Summit hammer would probably cost around:

req 8 = 50k
req 9 = 40k
req 10 = 30k

Ok that sounds more reaonable. So a 20-25k b/o would not be overly high?

I should add that the price check I gave is around the high side. I think most people who will buy it will buy it and try to salvage the 10/10 sundering out(or 30hp if you put that on too). These mods sell for around 15k. A realistic selling price would be 10-15k, which is 10k below the maximum I'd figure this could possibly sell for.
