The non-necro EoE bomb

Heh, didn't think non-necro EoE spike was possible... UNTIL NOW! Someone should test this out in HoH lol.

It's a build strategy. Ether Prodigy is instant suicide if you use Contemplation of Purity to cut it off fast.

seems as noone saw the mesmer suicide EoE bomb...

i thought there was a rule about having the names of other people visable in the screenie.

you can do an eoe bomb with illusion of weakness

Ether Prodigy removes all enchantments when first cast. For such and such seconds you gain 6+ energy. When Ether Prodigy ends, you take 2 damage for every point of energy that you have remaining.

Contemplation of Purity removes all enchantments on you and for each one removed you gain 6 health.

All you have to do is put your energy as high as you can get and use runes to balance your health below your energy. Use Ether Prodigy and then use Contemplation of purity right after that. You're killed faster than when you use BiP.

hey it might actually work well if you find a big enough group and run in with 7 of these guys.

then just have a necro/ranger cast death novas on all of you and cast EoE as well, then run in and hit biggest group

Some ranger tried an eoe bomb in comp arenas, it did not work too well. The only one that died was himself, and eventually our team.
