Shortcut through Competition Arenas?

Yesterday we won 10 times in CA, then we changed to the Team Arenas.
We won 2-3 time and then lost to a better group.
Then we were returned to the outpost....the Team Arens.
So: as a pve character can easily access the CA from Liona Arch...would it be possible to "skip" half of the game and go directly to Droknars?
I coulndt test it, because i played with a pvp char. And with the pvp char it was not possible.
I'm just curious.

interesting...well think about it...at Lion's Arch you dont have max AL armor...and by the time you get collector's armor in the desert, Droknar's is only a few steps away.

A shortcut through Lion's Arch Arena would only be for the truly strong (or lucky)

it really is all about luck...
even if you are level 20, you have no elite kils and low armor, when the others in the group do.

that means you need to win 10 fights, when its 4 ppl vs 3.5 ppl...

you better have a strong monk and a good damage dealer (or two), and fight groups without monks...

isnt this why you have to talk to the dwarf to get into team arenas?? there is no portal in, and thus no portal out?

No it doesn't work... I know because it happened to me on my first character, before I even knew what Droknars Forge was.

If you try to walk into the forge the guy says something along the lines of "You do not yet have permission from the king to enter the forge."
