Getting 80AL Armour

If i'm lvl 20 w/mo/n/e (asended and can change)
What should i do to get gladiators or whatever kind of 80AL armour. Ive tried buying from droks but im too poor. What should i do? farm collectors items? please tell me.

The collectors in the desert give you 80AL. Nothing fancy like Glad or Knights, but it should last you until you can afford to craft what you really want.

Let's see... there are more than one collector for some pieces, and then there are the different helms collectors, but the items you will need are the typical desert stuff: Minotaur Horns, Losaru Manes, Forgotten Seals, Bleached Carapaces, Dune Burrower Jaws, um, a few others, I'm at work and can't remember. Some collectors are right outside and inside the towns, some others you have to look for.

I ALWAYS get the desert armor before getting to Drok's. It's just a considerate thing to do for your monk who is trying to keep you alive.

Well there's always the option of just getting more money and crafting items... it shouldn't take that long to get some money. Farm a little outside Augury Rock with the griffons and minotaurs. Look on the forums for threads pertaining to W/Mo farming builds- there are plenty. That nets me some good money.

Spend a couple hours outside Gates of Kryta or do a couple trips through Flame Temple Corridor should net you a good couple grand for armor. thats what I do anyway.
