Hi guys, im a lv 7 mo/me and i missed my devestation magic quest before i advanced time, i really need to know if i can still learn this or do i have to start over, any help would be muchos appreciated,

Anything you missed in Pre-Searing is over. You can never go back. Not sure if your mo skill is around after Searing. But if you are asking if you can go back to Pre-Searing, then the answer is no.

Well, I've seen myself doing quests in post ascalon getting some of the same skills that I've already had. It seems that the skill trainers only let you purchase secondary skills in post ascalon for a while. So I'd say that you'd be able to get it still, from a quest somewhere around.

Any skills missed in Pre-searing are availabel from Sir Bertan[Skill Trainer] in Ascalon City post Searing.

I believe that (though not confirmed) all skills that can be purchased are also delivered through quests. I noticed quite a few that overlap for me when I went to see what he had vs. what quests I needed to do.
