Because it is ghostly you might get more, but from a practical standpoint is marginal.

if i had a water ele i would give more then 200k i can't believe why the Worth of staves and Wand's is so low
it is much more seldom then a 15%>50 sword oh something like this
i just can say:
N1 Staff
and don#t sell it for 200k or lower

Even if this is a ghostly, I dont think it would go for over 100k.

Because

1. Its water based
2. High Req
3. Not Perfect

its good none theless.. I'd say about 70-100k
