I would think the ghostly is worth a ton, but we'll need some of the experts to give an exact figure.

The eternal is nice too probably 40k

The staff would be perfect for a healer, req divine is idle and almost max recharge/casting speed. I would value it at maybe 200-300k plainly on the skin and req.
