I cant seem to find the spell "Phoenix" any info on finding the quest/skill tainer would be of much help, Thanks -D-

IIRC You get that in Yak's Bend.... not sure though

its insanely expensive though, maybe once a battle and it'll take a while to get out.

I got mine in Grendich Courthouse as well. I use this very often, being that I focus on PBAOE it does the most instant hit damage of my skillset, roughly 130 before armor.
