i need a price check on the following two items

chaos axe req 11
15 dmg always (-10 armor while attacking)
+28 health
lengthens deep wound

reinforced buckler req 10 tactics
+30 health always
-3 dmg while hexed

any ideas? any and all welcome

Not sure about the buckler since the skin isnt popular but the axe is probaly worth 300-350k
