How do you turn wood into parchments?

Can anyone tell me how to turn wood into parchments?

out side fort rankor and other places..
5 wood +20g= 1 parchment..

You can find a Rare Material Crafter just outside of Sardelac Sanitarium too. Same thing, 5 Wood + 20g = 1 Parchment

Or, you take something like 5 mino horns, grab the collector's monk armor, and salvage it. Which can be signifigantly cheaper than wood.
