PC on 15% while enchated Fellblade

I have a Fellblade req 9 15% while enchanted 10/9 sundering and +29 health. I just had these mods left over so i stuck them on. I was wondering what I could get for it as is or if i put perfect mods on. Thank you in advance for all help!

i sold my req.8 15%enchant clean fo r190k, and was happy to get that , these swords are WAY too common now

I sold a 15% enchant Fellblade with non-perf mods, req. 10, for 150K. Hope that helps a little. But this was like 3 weeks ago, as well. Advice: don't mod it.
