PC Round Shield

Ive seen lots of gold shields lately and i came across this:

Round Shield 16 armor (8 tactics)
-3 rec'd damage (6% chance)

anyone have any ideas on pricing or if its worth keeping? Whats max % for rec'd damage, 10%? Thanks for yours helps in advance.

10% is max for red dmg i think its worth 100-750g
