Skill Bar Tool Tips

Please give me an option to turn off skill bar tool tips. I know the icons for the skills I use by heart. I don't need to be able to read what the skill is supposed to do while I'm fighting.

It makes things even worse when you try to make you UI space efficient so you don't have to look all over the screen to get the info you want. I can't find a way to keep everything together like I want without having something vital (like my health/energy bars or my enchant/hex/condition bar) get covered up by worthless info when I'm clicking on skills.

Have you tried running your skill bar vertically on the right hand side of the screen?
Perhaps you could place your energy/hp bars underneath your skill bar instead?

You don't HAVE to click on the skills to use them...
